2. Products & Services

  • All our bakery products are made fresh to order.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive to maintain consistency, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders can be placed through our Shopify-powered website 24/7.
  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order summary via email or SMS.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location and availability. Typically, same-day or next-day delivery is offered within Delhi NCR.
  • Food Entree is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen logistical issues.
  • You must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

4. Payments

  • We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and other methods offered at checkout.
  • Payments are processed through trusted and encrypted gateways. Food Entree does not store any payment information.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds are issued only in cases of wrong or damaged deliveries and must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photo/video).
