We started small. No storefront, no staff, no big machines. Just a humble oven, a few treasured family recipes, and the belief that the right bite can bring someone back to their childhood — to a simpler, sweeter moment. We baked at dawn, boxed by hand, and delivered every order ourselves. Slowly, people took notice. The kind of cakes that didn’t just look good, but felt like home.

Even now, with hundreds of orders a month, we still temper our chocolate the old-fashioned way. We still proof our dough with patience.
